Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage daily calendar schedules
- Prepare and draft reports, presentations, and related documents
- Maintain documentation and filing systems
- Act as a liaison between management and external parties or internal staff
- Communicate information and decisions from management to relevant teams or stakeholders
- Translate documents, articles, reports, and other written materials as requested
- Ensure timely and accurate translations in line with provided guidelines
- Communicate with clients or stakeholders to clarify ambiguous terms or concepts
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and critical information related to the role
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Linguistics, Languages, or a related field
- Proficiency in both the source and target languages, with strong oral and written skills
- At least 1 (one) year of experience in translation
- Strong multitasking and time management skills to meet deadlines
- Research skills to understand specialized terminology across fields (e.g., legal, technical, medical)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Chinese language with a minimum HSK Level 5
