Assistant Manager – Tax Services is responsible to provide external clients with tax services to ensure external clients’ financial operations comply with tax regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and ensure accurate and timely monthly tax reporting (tax compliance) to the Tax Office
  • Maintain relationships with clients and also liaise with external parties
  • Oversee all internal and client communication in relation to all tax issues
  • Liaise with the Tax Officer on behalf of client
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions and related duties when required
  • Review and verify Senior and Junior Consultants' work result
  • Keep updated with the changes in tax laws and regulations in Indonesia and proactively identify potential risks or opportunities for the client
  • Lead and manage tax projects and business plans from tax perspective, including Tax Audit, Tax Due Diligence, Tax Memorandum, etc.
  • Perform analysis on tax implications and utilize analysis to support tax technical and business decisions
  • Provide tax advice and support on business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and cross-border transactions
  • Develop tax planning and provide relevant tax strategy to the Client
  • Able to conduct deep tax research and/or analysis
Key Requirements
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Taxation/Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years in job related experience in tax consultant firm (supervisory level)
  • Hold Brevet A, B, & C certificate is a must (Hold USKP B or C certificate will be an advantage)
  • Have excellence knowledge of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia
  • Able to analyze financial statement related to tax account
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills and meticulous
  • Have excellence leadership skill
  • Have excellence communication skill in English and Bahasa (written and spoken)
