Scope of Position

Assistant Line Manager main tasks are to help the Line Manager manage daily operations smoothly with minimal problems, apply efficient manpower management, control manpower cost, ensure staff serve customers and increase customer service time, monitor merchandise and back room management, ensure all departments at each line achieve targets, and manage shrinkage.
