About Our Client

Job Description



Proprietary Product Development:

  • Research and identify new product opportunities by analyzing international market trends.
  • Lead the introduction of a minimum of 7-8 new concepts annually in the Indonesian market, aiming for a 10-15% future growth.


Product Portfolio Strategy:
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of the product portfolio to identify gaps and potential for new products.
  • Collaborate with sales and relevant departments to assess feasibility, including intellectual property, sourcing, manufacturing, regulatory, and financial aspects.
  • Make informed decisions on product development based on these assessments.


Project Analysis & Approval:
  • Prepare detailed project analyses, including market research reports and ASP analysis.
  • Present these analyses to management for approval and provide regular updates on key projects and markets.
  • Offer insights and feedback to management to guide strategic decisions.


Project Planning, Execution Monitoring & Prioritization:
  • Organize and oversee project plans for confirmed initiatives, including setting priorities and determining initiation timings.
  • Monitor project progress by collaborating closely with R&D, regulatory, and marketing teams, ensuring any challenges are addressed promptly.


Strategic Alliances for New Business Opportunities:
  • Identify and assess potential joint development projects with other companies, defining the scope and framework for collaboration.
  • Negotiate and execute legal contracts with the assistance of the legal team.
  • Maintain strong corporate relationships with partner companies.


Marketing & Branding Communication:
  • Provide input and guidance to other departments for both external and internal communication efforts.
  • Promote the brand through digital and social media, focusing on the Asia-Pacific region, including Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Australia.
  • Develop and deliver product training to respective countries.


The Successful Applicant



Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in agrochemical industry.


Relevant Work Experience:
  • Proven track record in product development, particularly in proprietary products.
  • Extensive experience in marketing and branding communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle product technical information.


Specific Business Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of strategic alliances and product technical information.
  • Familiarity with registration procedures and the ability to stay updated on FCO & CIB regulations.
  • Expertise in market research and analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Language and Computer Skills:
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Canva and Corel Draw is preferred.
