Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Min. D3, in Industrial Engineering / Engineering / Business related Fields.

Minimum 5 years' experience in sales marketing.

Experience in stamping companies will be a priority.

Good communication skills, high integrity, teamwork, initiative, proactive, and curious.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Ability to communicate with Japan (Point Plus).

Valid driving license and ability to drive.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Searching for and identifying target markets, including implementing strategies for gathering target market data.
  2. Developing marketing strategies to reach target markets.
  3. Managing offers and services provided to customers.
  4. Leading the sales team to acquire new customers, achieve sales targets, and maintain existing clients.
  5. Collaborating with project teams to develop new projects.
  6. Planning, budgeting, and executing marketing and sales activities, and evaluating their results.
  7. Monitoring marketing performance and work outcomes.
