Minimum Diploma 3 in chemical major preferred.

Experience: Minimum 6 years in managing operational field within the manufacturing industry.

Command of both written and spoken English and computer literacy.

Knowledge in Machine Operation.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Prepare annual budget for the plant and monitor its adherence periodically.
2. Plan and schedule yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily production activities.
3. Manage stock, including RM stock management, FIFO, inward/outward, and maintaining RM ledger.
4. Prepare SOPs and other relevant documents.
5. Discuss monthly production schedules with block in-charges.
6. Ensure compliance with ISO/TS IATF standards and safety regulations.
7. Coordinate with teams for timely delivery of goods.
8. Identify and implement cost-saving measures with approval from relevant authorities.
9. Resolve technical issues as they arise.
10. Coordinate with service departments for task completion.
11. Prepare and review plant, process, and financial documents.
12. Update senior management on production performance during monthly reviews.
13. Work within an office, industrial plant, or lab setting, ensuring project deadlines are met.
14. Analyze data from charts, graphs, and other measurement tools.
15. Analyze operational issues and oversee installation of new equipment.
16. Provide technical support and training to team members.
17. Plan and organize production schedules, assess project and resource requirements.
18. Negotiate and agree on budgets and timelines with clients and managers.
19. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and establish quality control standards.
20. Re-negotiate schedules as necessary and organize training sessions for junior staff.
