Job description

Minimum Diploma 3, in chemical major preferred.

Experience Minimum 6 Years (In Managing Operational field) in the manufacturing industry.

Command of both written and spoken English and computer literacy.

Knowledge in Machine Operation

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Prepare annual budget for the plant and ensure it remains within range by monitoring periodically.
2. Plan and prepare yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily production schedules.
3. Manage stock effectively.
4. Prepare SOPs and other relevant documents.
5. Discuss monthly production schedules with block in-charges.
6. Have knowledge of ISO/TS IATF standards.
7. Possess basic knowledge of RM stock management.
8. Understand FIFO, RM Inward/Outward processes, and maintain RM ledger.
9. Coordinate with other teams for timely delivery of goods.
10. Identify cost-saving measures, get approval from the concerned authority, and implement them.
11. Resolve technical problems as they arise.
12. Coordinate with the service department to ensure task completion.
13. Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
14. Prepare and review various documents related to plant, process, and financial bills.
15. Update senior management on plant production performance through monthly review meetings.
16. Work within an office, industrial plant, or lab setting.
17. Ensure project deadlines are met.
18. Analyze data from charts, graphs, and other measurement tools.
19. Analyze operational issues and oversee the installation of new equipment.
20. Provide technical support and training to the team.
21. Plan and organize production schedules.
22. Assess project and resource requirements.
23. Estimate, negotiate, and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
24. Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to.
25. Determine quality control standards.
26. Re-negotiate timescales or schedules as necessary.
27. Organize relevant training sessions for juniors.
