Job description

Creatively developing EUROPE & ANZACS / ASIA & CHINA Tour itineraries.

Creating destinations and departure dates for EUROPE & ANZACS / ASIA & CHINA Tour regions.

Negotiating with suppliers to obtain competitive prices.

Ensuring speed and accuracy in making group bookings with vendors.

Delivering final tour arrangements to Tour Leaders and Branches.

Monitoring and resolving issues during each group tour.

Requirements:

1. Graduated from a Tourism Academy or SMIP, with a maximum age of 30 years.
2. Minimum of 7 years experience in tour products and 3 years as an Assistant Manager.
3. Familiar with Ticket Reservation Systems (Abacus, Galileo, Amadeus).
4. Strong in issuing domestic and international tickets.
5. Familiar with hotel bookings, documentation, travel, and tourism.
6. Strong personality, polite, charming, professional, service-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
7. Good presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
8. Strong leadership abilities.
9. Excellent command of spoken and written English.
10. Preferably holding an IATA or other airline certification.
