Manage the Indonesia Product Compliance team ensuring our products are compliant with country regulation and meet the customer standard in terms of safety. Fully check the formulation complied with regulation for destination country and register the product before launch to the market. Ensure regulatory needs are met for both NPD and ongoing compliance of existing products.

• Management of product compliance team offering leadership, support and development to junior team members.
• Escalation of issues to upper management when required.
• Request new product launching registration document.
• Responsible for Product Information Files of New products according to Indonesia regulation or customer requirement.
• Raw material document control.
• Maintain the regulatory database of global/local and customer regulations in cosmetic.
• Collect all notification and registration certificates from BPOM and MoH.
• Take care of 'Halal' certification process of the product.
• Support all regulatory issues relevant from customer enquiries: such as: product's claim, ingredients list, CFS, document's legalization, etc.
• Support the PV implementation.
• Supporting I&D team for formulation development, provide suggestion and testing requirement for new product.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experiences in Regulatory/Product Compliance field.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or relevant.
