Role Overview

This position will be responsible as an Assistant Manager Merchandise Health & Beauty, with duties including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and trade term creation. The incumbent will work closely with store teams to ensure product availability, monitor shrinkage, and collaborate with the Marketing Department to provide promotional insights that achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Buyer Beauty / Personal Care in a hypermarket-class retail environment.
• Demonstrated “Can do Attitude”, strong interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, and result orientation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to maintain relationships with agencies, suppliers, and vendors.
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in a retail environment.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
