PT Lotte Mart Indonesia (LOTTE Mart) and PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia (LOTTE Grosir) are looking for Buyer Dry Food who are responsible for planning, managing, and selecting goods to be sold in our stores to increase our company's competitiveness.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree with Minimum of 3 years experience in Retail, FMCG, or a similar field
• Good knowledge of retail operations is preferred
• Excellent negotiation skills; a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive relationships with vendors is a plus
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work with speed and accuracy
• Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
• Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative, and being proactive
• Clear and effective oral presentation of ideas/recommendations and effective written communication
• Support in planning and developing merchandising strategies
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and stores to ensure the proper execution of plans
• Determine the need for and implement product promotions and price changes
• Gather information on market trends and customers’ reactions to products
• Analyze and monitor sales records, trends, seasons, and other conditions to forecast consumer-buying patterns and determine inventory needs
