Assistant Manager Merchandise Bulk Product

As a Assistant Manager Merchandise Bulk Product, you will conduct and support superiors in implementing work plan needs strategies in meeting sales, profit, stock, promotion, and shrinkage achievements on a daily and periodic basis to achieve company targets. Ensure that the product list for new product development from sourcing results has a competitive price and is in accordance with the applicable quality and specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Data on sales achievements, profits, stock, promotions and shrinkage have been analyzed periodically (daily and weekly)
• Ensure that all action plans to increase sales and profits have been carried out periodically.
• Submitting a list of recommendations for regular products, new products, and new suppliers that are in accordance with the quality, completeness, and standards used in all stores for regular sales and promotional needs.
• Negotiate to get competitive prices from suppliers by paying attention to competitor companies' prices.
• Implementation of all promotional programs that have been scheduled by the Marketing Directorate or instructed by superiors.

Requirement:

• Experienced minimal 3-4 years as a Buyer Dry Food from hypermarket class retail industry.
• Shown “Can do Attitude”, good interpersonal skill, analytical thinking, result oriented, composure under pressure and has business insight.
• Negotiation skill and ability to build effective communication skill to maintain working relations with agencies, suppliers and vendors.
• Ability to work under diverse and simultaneous demands in Retail environment.
• Proficiency in English – both in verbal and written.

Placement: Head Office Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
