We are looking for a Markets Growth Assistant Manager to join our Regional Markets Growth team. As a cluster lead, you'll use data-driven insights to identify key growth priorities for your market and collaborate with teams to accomplish growth plans. Logical reasoning and a structured approach are important for refining strategies through market research, user trends, and performance metrics.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Strategic Planning: Identify gaps and opportunities in user growth using market performance metrics, local insights, and user research. Design solutions to address prioritized growth challenges for immediate annual impact.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key growth indicators to evaluate the health of the consumer funnel and perform analyses to suggest quick corrective actions when needed.
  • Execution Excellence: Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to implement growth experiments, ensuring alignment on metrics, timelines, and resources. Conduct post-mortem analyses to refine experiments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between local and regional teams, ensuring local nuances are communicated to regional leadership and regional insights reach local teams.
  • Continuous Innovation: Foster a culture of creativity and experimentation, encouraging innovative approaches and calculated risks to drive growth solutions.
