Job description

Assistant Manager, Licensing (3-months Maternity Cover)
  • Manage clients by ensuring full compliance with Licensors’ policies, procedures, and guidelines, and support licensees in fulfilling obligations and maximizing performance.
  • Report to BUH on key initiatives, compliance monitoring, reporting requirements, and other core client management functions.
  • Assist in the sales process administration, from deal memo to contract execution with Licensors, Licensees, and the PLS sales team.
  • Consolidate monthly sales reports, work-in-progress, and licensee master lists (by brand and country).
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely remittance of license fees and submission of royalty reports by licensees.
  • Support local team events activation and other marketing activities as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and brand management roles.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and resourcefulness skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database solutions.
  • Personable and diplomatic in interactions across all levels.
  • Well-organized, responsible, with problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
