To supervise and manage underwriting process

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Claim Re-underwriting team ensuring fulfillment of tasks and responsibilities
  • Monitor and manage Claim Re-underwriting administration processes, ensuring proper processes
  • Conduct initial Claim Re-underwriting and personal Claim Re-underwriting
  • Check completeness and validity of documents according to SOP
  • Analyze Proposal, Policy, Claim and related documents, to give proper decision following underwriting guidelines
  • Analyze administrative issues as well as medical materials
  • Monitor service standard and turn-around time, ensuring prompt and accurate results of Claim Re-underwriting process
  • Ensure smooth communication with other departments, ensuring difficult cases are solved quickly with a justifiable solution
  • Liaise with Legal and Compliance teams to report suspicious findings, including transactions, process, clients, and agents, found during daily Claim Re-underwriting processes and to discuss Claim Re-underwriting related legal cases
