Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Lead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Oversee and control daily accounting and finance operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide insights to support management decisions.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, external audits, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with estate/plantation finance teams to ensure accurate and timely data submission.

Drive process improvements and implementation of best practices in financial reporting.

Support the Head of Finance with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively across functions.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to supervise, guide, and monitor daily finance team activities.
