Job Description

This role is responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory or account. This position develops programs to maximize sales volume in line with projections.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Achieving sales objectives in existing and new accounts to increase revenue.
  • Creating and managing territory and account strategies to meet pricing and mix goals.
  • Providing product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing, and service information.
  • Offering product quotes and utilizing value-selling tools and techniques.
  • Identifying customer needs and developing value propositions.
  • Demonstrating products and assisting with application.
  • Proactively seeking new accounts through screening, referrals, and prospecting.
  • Understanding market conditions and developing strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Conducting territory analysis and planning.
  • Securing distribution and maintaining effective agreements.
  • Planning and executing customer marketing and growth programs.
  • Developing new applications for products.
  • For channel or key accounts: selling to designated channels, identifying new opportunities, and managing client relationships.
  • Participating in planning, SWOT analysis, and growth initiatives.
  • Maintaining customer profiles and agreements.
  • Establishing pricing strategies and ensuring optimal product positioning.
  • Providing excellent customer service to build long-term relationships.
  • Solving complex problems to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborating with other units to evaluate volume, trends, quality, and budgets.
  • Adhering to safety and 5S practices.
Qualifications
