Job summary

MicroSave Consulting Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive Indonesia’s Centre for Responsible Technologies initiatives. You will guide reforms in digital ID and public infrastructure, collaborating with government agencies and development partners to shape policy and implementation.

The role focuses on technology policy, innovation, and DPI solutions across countries, requiring engagement with donors, vendors, and MSC teams to deliver impactful digital governance programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, or implementing digital solutions or DPI-related initiatives.
• Experience in one or more domains - AI/ML, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Process Automation, Digital Transformation, Open-source stack.
• Prior experience in consulting, government advisory, technology implementation, digital governance, or system integration roles.
• Exposure to working with government stakeholders, donor agencies, and international development organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support major technical assistance assignments focused on digital solutions, Digital ID, Data Sharing, and DPI components.
• Manage client and ecosystem interactions and project execution, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
• Lead requirement gathering, issue analysis, solution design, and development of practical technical recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, technical reports, solution architecture inputs, and roadmaps to ecosystem members and stakeholders.
• Oversee solution ideation, architecture discussions, prototyping, and vendor coordination.
• Work closely with internal MSC teams, external technology vendors, and implementation partners during all phases of the project.
• Attend and represent MSC/CRT at client meetings, workshops, and conferences within Indonesia and internationally.
• Build and strengthen relationships with government, private sector, and donor institutions.
