Job Description

  • Support Indonesia's business with logistics strategy, execution, and local S&OP processes.
  • Manage daily inbound/outbound operations and assist 3PL partners in importation and logistics coordination.
  • Collaborate with DCs, distributor, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Improve PR/PO forecasting to enhance supply planning and inventory accuracy.
  • Optimize 3PL costs and continuously improve Route-to-Market efficiency.
  • Monitor sales and marketing program effectiveness and support BPOM regulatory processes.


The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in import and demand planning, preferable from FMCG.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
  • Solid understanding of import regulations and BPOM requirements is a plus.
  • Proactive, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and good analythical skills.
  • Proven expertise in importation, logistics, supply chain, and operations.
  • Knowledgeable about 3PL operations and practices.
  • Proficient in both local language and English.
  • Open to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
