PT Sea Group is seeking a seasoned professional to support financing initiatives and strategic partnerships. You will analyze cash flows, assess risk, and optimize deal structures within Debt Capital Markets and Asset-backed Securities.

The role involves ongoing maintenance of ABS transactions and collaboration with senior stakeholders to secure sustainable capital for global expansion.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably with fintech lenders.
• Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.

• Support the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives.
• Utilize financial modelling to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.
• Maintain structured financing transactions (such as ABS).
• Collaborate on analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term capital for global expansion.
• Participate in ad hoc special projects at group level.

You will be part of a high-performing and dynamic team looking at the various financing transactions and special projects for the brand and its subsidiaries to achieve its financial objectives.

• Supporting the structuring and execution of various strategic and financing initiatives
• Utilize financial modelling skills to analyze cash flows, assess risk factors, and optimize deal structures.
• Ongoing maintenance of structured financing transactions (such as ABS).
• Collaborate on the analysis and negotiation of strategic partnerships to secure long-term, sustainable capital that fuels our global expansion initiatives
• Any other special projects on an ad hoc basis on a group level.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant full-time working experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM) and/or Asset-backed Securities (ABS), preferably dealing with fintech lending companies
• Ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders
