Job summary

PT Indointernet Tbk (Indonet) is seeking a Senior Accountant to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with PSAK/ISAK standards. You will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closes and prepare supporting schedules.

Responsibilities include financial statement analysis, intercompany reconciliations, and providing insights to management. You will support internal and external audits and drive improvements to reporting processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting or financial reporting experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/ISAK and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience with external audits and internal controls.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting – Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
• Management reporting – Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and key financial indicators to support management decision-making.
• Month-end and year-end closing – Coordinate and ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including journal entries and account adjustments.
• Financial statement analysis – Analyze financial performance, budget variances, and significant fluctuations, providing explanations and insights to management.
• Intercompany reconciliation – Perform and coordinate intercompany reconciliations to ensure accurate and consistent financial reporting across entities.
• Reporting compliance and audit support – Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, reporting requirements, and internal policies, while supporting internal and external audits.
• Reporting process improvement – Improve reporting processes, templates, and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, consistency, and timeliness of financial reporting.

What we need:

The successful candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, technical accounting, or audit, with relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK/ISAK) and financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in technical accounting analysis, contract review, and accounting policy development.
• Familiarity with external audit processes and internal control frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
