We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced candidate to join our team as a Assistant Logistic Manager.
Lead the Logistics Team to ensure all operational and inventory control requirements and objectives are effectively achieved.
Train, guide, and develop team members to meet competency standards and support the achievement of company goals and objectives.
Manage and direct logistics activities—including receiving, storage, issuing, packing, and shipping—to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Lead and coordinate the logistics team to consistently meet customer requirements.
Implement and ensure compliance with approved operating procedures within logistics operations.
Monitor and evaluate operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct regular reviews of manpower, equipment, and material utilization to maximize efficiency.
Ensure all inventories are accurately managed and maintained at 100% accuracy.
Oversee the receiving of goods (raw materials and finished goods) and all outbound shipments.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry, with all required reports submitted on schedule.
Ensure logistics staff are systematically and continuously trained, either on the job or through external training programs.
Document best practices in logistics operations and promote the adoption of continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
Encourage staff participation in quality improvement programs such as 5S, ISO 14000, and related initiatives.
Oversee the implementation of preventive maintenance systems for equipment and vehicles.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership, Teamwork, Commitment, Continuous Improvement skills.
