Assistant Logistic Account Manager - General Trade (GT)

To be the main contact that will coordinate & align the logistic requirements & end-to-end supply chain management between FFI and GT accounts to provide the best plan & deliver execution.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate & align logistic requirements & end-to-end supply chain management between FFI and GT accounts to optimize planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with other departments for improvements in service level, product allocation, TAT evaluation, and minimizing block orders.
  • Manage Distributor Service Level, NPD Pipelining, and Stock Cover Days with analysis and action plans for gap closing.
  • Review joint scorecards related to service level gaps and operational issues, with analysis and corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement improvement plans in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and other departments to enhance operational and commercial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Supply Chain, preferably with distributors.
  • Strong drive, influencing skills in multicultural settings, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to travel across Indonesia.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
