As an Assistant Leader (F&B), you will be responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence, and assisting the team in achieving high performance and guest satisfaction.
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
At least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, especially in kitchen operations
Familiar with hygiene, sanitation, and inventory management (FIFO/FEFO)
Strong leadership qualities, teamwork spirit, and excellent communication skills
Fast, honest, disciplined, and able to solve operational issues efficiently
Assist the Kitchen Leader in supervising day-to-day kitchen activities
Ensure food preparation and service meet hygiene and company standards
Help manage inventory and monitor the use of raw materials based on FIFO/FEFO
Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
Act quickly and effectively to resolve any operational challenges
