Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
  2. Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
  3. Tracking & reporting activities of competitors.
  4. Developing strong market intelligence and monitoring competitor activities on trade channel-related matters, providing proactive feedback to management.
  5. Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
  6. Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  7. Building a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  8. Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
  9. Preparing regular reports and participating in performance review meetings.
  10. Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities to formulate strategic responses.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Modern Trade/Key Account/Branch Manager in FMCG, preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty products.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Existing relationships with modern trade accounts (health & beauty stores).
  • Ability to develop channel sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to track & report activities of competitors and develop market intelligence.
  • Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed.
