Job Responsibilities
- Meeting & exceeding sales targets as assigned.
- Identifying and acquiring new distributors, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base.
- Tracking & reporting activities of competitors.
- Developing strong market intelligence and monitoring competitor activities on trade channel-related matters, providing proactive feedback to management.
- Managing the entire sales cycle from prospection through to successful closure.
- Building strong relationships with key accounts.
- Building a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure smooth delivery of products & services.
- Preparing regular reports and participating in performance review meetings.
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities to formulate strategic responses.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Modern Trade/Key Account/Branch Manager in FMCG, preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, or Beauty products.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Existing relationships with modern trade accounts (health & beauty stores).
- Ability to develop channel sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
- Ability to track & report activities of competitors and develop market intelligence.
- Willing to travel throughout Indonesia if needed.
- Available to join ASAP.
