As an Assistant Human Resources Manager at Jimbaran Puri, A Belmond Hotel, you play a key role in shaping the heart of our team culture. Primary Responsibilities Include

• Act with heart in supporting employee wellbeing, addressing concerns, and upholding team spirit
• Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies
• Coordinate and track employee training, workshops, and development programs
• Be Remarkable in planning and executing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and HR initiatives
• Ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding experiences
• Assist in recruitment, interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
• Support audits, employee surveys, and the preparation of accurate HR reports
• Monitor employee areas and ensure staff facilities remain in excellent condition

• Experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compensation & benefits, and HR systems
