PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in NGO in finding great talent as an Assistant General Affair with the requirement as follows:

Working location:Central Jakarta

Job Responsibility:

Manage travel, meeting arrangements, and communications for superiors

Provide admin support including documentation, payments, and procurement

Coordinate office operations: supplies, vendors, maintenance, and facility services

Assist with VIP guest handling, internal events, and employee support services

Support IT and SharePoint operations under guidance from the IT team

Ensure smooth daily office functions and environment management

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Public Admin, or related fields

2–3 years’ experience in general affairs, office admin, or facility management

Basic IT familiarity and vendor management experience preferred

Experience in an international workplace is a strong plus

Fluent in both spoken and written English

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic SharePoint knowledge

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
