Job description

1. Assist Finance Director in daily finance checking, including filing payment proof, reimbursement review, invoice, etc.;

2. Supporting translation of documents, emails, meetings, etc.;

3. Assist in organizing financial information and preparing information required for audit;

4. Complete other work tasks assigned.

2. Job Requirements

• Finance, accounting, and economics majors are preferred;

• Applicants with experience as translator will be given priority;

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply

3. Professional skills

• Familiar with basic financial processes and accounting knowledge;

• Ability to use Excel to perform basic functions, data analysis;

• Familiar with invoice and reimbursement process, and understanding of local (Indonesian) taxation policies is a plus;

• Candidates with experience in operating financial software ACCURATE are preferred;

• Fluent in Chinese and English (oral + written), able to complete translation tasks independently;

5. Other requirements

• Positive attitude, strong learning ability and strong sense of responsibility;

• Have good communication and coordination skills and team awareness;

• Willing to be trained abroad.
