Job summary

Mercure Bali Legian is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a multi-skilled team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest service.

You will supervise the department, prepare periodic budgets and forecasts, and analyze monthly P&L and month-end reports to identify deviations from the business plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage a multi-skilled team.
• Fluent in English and national language; additional languages are a plus.
