Uma empresa em Jakarta procura um Assistente Administrativo para apoiar diretamente o diretor em suas atividades diárias. O candidato ideal terá um bacharel em Administração ou Marketing, possuirá habilidades em análise de dados, e será capaz de gerenciar prazos críticos e comunicações com alto profissionalismo. Esta posição requer profissionais organizados, proativos e que falem fluentemente Bahasa e inglês.
* Assisting Director in daily work & responsibilities.
* Provides high-level administrative support and assistance
* Manage administrative schedule, making appointments, task-reminder, prepare supporting documents, data management, provide general assistance, and support any task that Director needs.
* Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, scheduling and prioritizing tasks related to priorities & deadlines.
* Handle communications with a high level of professionalism and understanding of industry nuances.
* Utilize strong analytical instincts to analyze data.
* Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
* Follow up on critical deadlines, including monthly reporting and project-related tasks.
* Compile post-event reports, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
* Prepare detailed and accurate monthly reports and other relevant documents.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff (follow up deadline schedule cross-division, follow up pending list request with clients/vendors/partners).
* Prepare documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
* Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Requirements:
* 24-29 years old
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
* Strong instinct & ensuring accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, understanding the demands of the Director’s role.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills, in both Bahasa and English
* Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and time management skills
* Tech-savvy and acquainted with office management procedures
