Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement MICE & Wedding strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share
  • Lead, manage and motivate the MICE & Wedding team to ensure they are meeting targets and delivering exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive revenue growth
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and develop appropriate responses
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive MICE & Wedding sales
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on MICE & Wedding performance, market trends, and revenue projections
  • Ensure all MICE & Wedding processes are efficient and effective, and adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Only for Chinese Expatriate
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the same position
  • In-depth knowledge of the Chinese MICE and Wedding industry trends and best practices
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, Business Administration, or a related field
