The role

As Assistant Director of Marketing, you will be the voice and heartbeat of our brand - Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape. We are seeking for an individual to bring our story to life, connect deeply with our audience, and position Buahan as a must-visit destination for luxury travelers worldwide. You will shape our marketing strategy, drive digital engagement, and build relationships that elevate our presence across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Craft captivating campaigns that inspire and engage luxury travelers.
  • Lead digital marketing, content creation, and social media storytelling.
  • Build powerful PR and influencer partnerships that amplify our brand.
  • Curate immersive brand experiences that resonate with our audience.
  • Analyze market trends and guest insights to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and external agencies to drive success.
  • Ensure seamless brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage budgets, track performance, and optimize for maximum impact.
  • Represent Buahan, a Banyan Tree Escape at industry events and networking circles.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and PR.
  • Proven ability to drive brand awareness and revenue growth.
  • Experience in campaign planning, content strategy, and partnerships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Strong network with media, influencers, and industry partners.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
