Assistant Director of Food & Beverage (Expat)

Our client is a 5* very high end International Chain Resort with 100+ Rooms and 8 F&B Outlets.

This role will be #1 in F&B Service (Acting DOFB) and will be reporting to the Hotel Manager.

Note that our client is one of the most luxury and reputable brands in the industry!

Profile

1. 5* international chain and leisure resort experience
2. Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
3. Asia and/or Europe experience will be a plus
4. Good exposure working in fine dining (ideally Michelin*) restaurants
5. Experience in the same position or similar role
6. Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
7. Fluent in English both written and spoken
8. Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
9. Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests
10. Ability to multi-task & learn quickly
11. Strong attention to detail and team player
12. Ability to problem solve and resolve complaints in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
13. Able to complete duties in a timely manner and to function in a fast paced environment
14. Computer literate
15. Strong guest contact
16. Strong leadership skills and result oriented
17. Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
18. Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
19. Creative, energetic and positive individual
20. Flexible working hours
