Job summary

PT BEAN STAR INDONESIA is seeking an Assistant Creative Designer to craft visual assets for social media, campaigns, and presentations. You will adapt materials based on briefs and brand templates, and support production of photos and videos for events and promotions.

The role requires a fresh Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, a portfolio with 5–10 works, and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva is acceptable for day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• Portfolio with 5–10 relevant works (social media design, key visuals, layouts, print materials, mockups, photography, or short-form video).
• At least one internship, freelance project, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva acceptable for day-to-day tasks.
• Basic working English for reading briefs and communicating.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work under direction and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Design print and offline materials (menus, posters, flyers, brochures, signage, event materials).
• Prepare mockups for branding applications (packaging, merchandise, stationery, signage).
• Support photo and video production, including shot prep and on-site assistance.
