Job Description:
  1. Provide an exceptional dining experience for guests at all times.
  2. Produce and prepare all basic menu items.
  3. Work efficiently within any section of the outlet, ensuring flavor, seasoning, and balance are correct, and address discrepancies.
  4. Follow menus, recipes, guidelines, and methods provided.
  5. Report any machinery or technical faults to the Chef De Cuisine.
  6. Adhere to company standards, HACCP, and USPH guidelines.
  7. Maintain cleanliness and condition of assigned station and service areas.
  8. Carry out cleaning routines after service, ensuring all items meet Virgin Voyages standards.
  9. Notify Chef De Cuisine of guest complaints and seek resolutions.
  10. Familiarize with all cruise services, features, and activations to respond accurately to guest inquiries.
