Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee Club management & operation in related to Housekeeping, Front Office, Butlers and Food & Beverage areas.
  2. Implement training plan, schedules & control measures.
  3. Ability to develop and manage annual budget aligning with the Resort's business plan & strategies.
  4. Implement new concepts and ideas to give new dimension.
Job Requirements:
  1. 10 years in the capacity of Manager in hospitality environment.
  2. Good knowledge and experience in food & beverage preferred.
  3. Creative and energetic character.
  4. Strong leadership and willingness to share.
  5. Experience in handling event and planning set-up of new area will be an advantage.
  6. Enthusiastic, team player and trainer.
  7. Overseas experience will be an advantage.
