Summary
  • To fully understand and strictly adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual.
  • To respond to guest satisfaction surveys and ensure relevant changes are implemented.
  • To be aware of all daily activities within the Hotel.
  • To assist the Manager in managing the Restaurant efficiently, providing courteous, professional, and flexible service according to Park Hyatt Jakarta’s Standards of Performance.
  • To supervise, correct, and demonstrate all duties and tasks with full working knowledge.
  • To assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage, and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies.
  • To liaise with Kitchen and Food & Beverage staff on daily operations and quality.
  • To ensure strict adherence to outlet cashiering procedures.
  • To keep the outlet clean and organized at both front and back of house.
  • To coordinate with Housekeeping to adhere to cleaning schedules.
  • To coordinate all Repair and Maintenance activities and issue job orders for proper maintenance.
  • To ensure all associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service.
  • To maintain positive and professional relationships between Restaurant Service and Kitchen staff.
  • To ensure all associates provide excellent service to internal departments as appropriate.
  • To handle guest and internal customer complaints courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfactory resolution.
  • To implement food safety programs and procedures.
  • To practice safety in handling food.
  • To conduct Food Safety Training.
  • To perform Personal and Environmental Hygiene in Food and Beverage operations.
Qualifications
  • Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star international hotel chain.
  • Experience in luxury hotels or international exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and business acumen.
  • Excellent English communication skills, guest service mindset, and people management and development skills.
