A villa management company in Bali is seeking an experienced accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, prepare budgets, and support audits while leading a small team in a dynamic environment. Ideal applicants should possess strong knowledge of financial operations, especially within the villa or hospitality sectors, and communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or villa industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation (especially Indonesian tax regulations).
Proficient in accounting software (such as Accurate, MYOB, or similar).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Honest, trustworthy, and high level of integrity.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with the finance and operational teams.
