Job summary

A villa management company in Bali is seeking an experienced accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee financial reporting, prepare budgets, and support audits while leading a small team in a dynamic environment. Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or villa industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and high level of integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Accounting in overseeing the accounting department and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, cash flow reports, and other financial analyses.
  • Monitor daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Review and approve journal entries, invoices, and payment requests.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure timely submission of tax reports.
  • Coordinate with villa operations for budget planning, expense control, and revenue tracking.
  • Train and supervise junior accounting staff as needed.
  • Liaise with vendors, banks, and external partners regarding financial matters.

Job description

Able to work independently and collaboratively with the finance and operational teams.
