Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Management or any related fields
3+ years' product or brand innovation/acquisition/business/product development related to beauty or personal care products
Preferably from FMCG and beauty industry
Strong in analytical skill and project management
High interest in beauty
Fluent in English
Responsibilities
Identifying opportunities and looking at the needs of the market in local countries
Develop and execute a comprehensive product innovation strategy and plans, aligned with the brand
Overseeing the entire product development process from a concept until final products
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of existing product lines through innovation and renovation initiatives
Assisting brand manager in analyzing the market and consumer trend
Implement brand activities including marketing assets development, promotions, event/activations, etc and work with multiple functions to boost the brand performance
Monitoring brand performance
Closely involved in managing the project management with relevant functions
