Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all monthly adjustment journal for producing financial statement (depreciation, amortization, forex, accrual cost, ledger reconciliation & others)
  • Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of financial statements
  • Review the monthly financial statements, including supporting reports to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Ensure all implemented accounting principles are in accordance with applicable generally accepted accounting standards
  • Conduct regular through checking on all GL accounts; plan and closely supervise follow up actions
  • Responsible for good and proper filing process of all financial documents
  • Establish effective communication channel across departments
  • Able to meet any deadlines

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Hold a minimum educational background bachelor's degree in accounting
  • At least 2 years of working experience in retail industry
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Good in verbal and written communication (English and Bahasa)
  • Strong in interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Self-starter, problem solving, and attention to details
  • Strong understanding in costing & finance retail concept
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
