Job summary

GFS - Global Freight Services in Jakarta is seeking an experienced accountant to handle full AR and AP cycles, assist with general ledger duties, and ensure timely payments.

You will monitor cash flow, working capital, and credit control, support month-end closings, bank reconciliations, and maintain proper records in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist with general ledger and bookkeeping duties.
• Manage daily payments to ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Monitor working capital, cashflow, banking facilities and credit control processes.
• Assist in month-end closing including bank reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Full set of accounts encompassing responsibilities in AR and AP.
• Assist with duties related to general ledger and bookkeeping.

• Manage account receivables and cashflow.
• Monitor working capital, cashflow and credit control to align with policy.
• Assist in month end closing (bank reconciliation).
• Maintain proper accounting records and documentation, comply with policies, and support improvements to accounting processes.
