We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to take full charge of our bar operations at our new restaurant in Uluwatu. This role requires a passionate and hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of cocktails and bar management, and the ability to create an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff, inventory, and service quality.
Lead, train, and develop the bar team to ensure consistency and excellence in beverage preparation.
Design and refine a creative cocktail menu aligned with our restaurant concept.
Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency to optimize profitability.
Maintain high hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Monitor daily sales, control waste, and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Foster a positive and professional bar culture with exceptional customer service.
Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service integration.
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in English is a must.
Minimum three years’ experience in bar management or a senior bar role.
Strong expertise in cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage operations.
Excellent leadership, training, and team management skills.
Experience in stock management, cost control, and bar profitability.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
