Job description
Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and monitor all detail tasks of QA/QC function within project and/or corporate, including vendor and site coordinations and inspections.
  • Monitor, review and issue project-specific documentation such as method statements and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) based on project requirements.
  • Ensure project documentations are monitored and reviewed; engineers are well-disciplined.
  • Provide quality input and/or problem resolution to discipline engineers during design and procurement phases or construction supervisors during field construction phase. Review and update the quality system.
  • Develop, test and qualify the project welding specifications including welders/welding operators qualification.
  • Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure effectiveness of programs and compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Ensure SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcomes, including targets such as Target Zero LTI and alignment with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP requirements.
