Job Responsibilities
- Train and assess theory, practical, and safety of operating technique for the machine / Heavy Equipment according to machine / HE product operating manual and Company Standard Operating Procedures.
- Prepare training material (handout, presentation and assessment). Training materials are well-prepared.
- Deliver the training for all operators, both in class and on-the-job training, highlighting unsafe actions and unsafe conditions to all employees. Training is well-delivered in class and on the job.
- Conduct refresh training for operator skills and knowledge based on field observations and productivity data, theory tests and practicals for all candidate procedures. Refresh training is successfully conducted.
- Show the operating technique of the machine according to the operating procedure. Operating technique is successfully demonstrated.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibilities (identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including the SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards, requirements and procedures applied, and to confirm the execution of the SHE responsibilities meet the intended outcomes.

Education
High School Graduate of Any major
Skill, Knowledge, and Experience
- Min. 1 year experiences in Mining and Heavy Equipment.
- Cert. III in Engineering of both electrical/electronic and mechanical trades – preferably holding Cert. IV in Training and Assessment.
- Has proficient knowledge about Mining processes.
- Willing to travel to all company’s project sites.
- Willing to work extended hours to meet the objectives as to fill in a relief role whilst the site training instructor/coordinator is unavailable.
- Good presentation and leadership skill.
- Fluent in English; both spoken and written is an advantage
