Job description

As our Asset Liabilities Management Senior Analyst, you will get a chance to handle the financial record, reconcile the data and maintain supporting documents.

Responsibilities:

  1. In charge of leading to prepare journal entry for new product and business initiative related to money flow or non-money flow impact to accounting treatment.
  2. Ensure UAT is performed and journal entry is reflected correctly in the new product or system.
  3. Monitor process migration account to ensure that all accounts in the old system have been correctly migrated to the new accounting system.
  4. Prepare a list of accounting requirements for the new accounting system.
  5. Coordinate with the Product team to align accounting system development.
  6. Draft journal entries for existing or new products.
  7. Complete reconciliation for soft launch of the new accounting system.
  8. Propose accounting treatment for reconciliation after migration and actively participate in UAT & SIT process to ensure accounting requirements have been included in improvements.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
  2. Preferably five years of accounting experience (Off Balance Sheet would be a plus).
  3. Able to manage monthly closing and reporting.
  4. Experience with project new system migration.
  5. Familiar with Accounting Principles and Journaling.
  6. Proficiency in Excel, Data Analysis, or Spreadsheet.
  7. Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  8. Quick to collaborate and coordinate with team members and external divisions.
