We're Hiring: Assembly Superintendent!

We are looking for an experienced Assembly Superintendent to lead our assembly operations in Ungaran, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Location: Ungaran, Indonesia

Role: Assembly Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Act as an expertise and leadership towards assembly process which includes daily production plan/target, execution methods, safety, product quality, and manpower management.
• Optimizing production process through continuous improvement methods.
• Maintaining high quality standards through on-the-floor control to ensure quality and accuracy in each step of the production process including the target deadline.
• Working closely with internal groups and departments on addressing problems and make sure production objective are met.
• Managing people (supervisors/group leader/operator) in daily direction including coaching, motivating, feedback and addressing performance issues as necessary.
• Maintaining and promoting a safe work environment by ensuring employees are following safety protocols consistent with company policies and procedures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education preferred with minimum Diploma/undergraduate
• 7 years up of Supervisory Leadership experience in fast paced footwear manufacturing.
• Experience in Injection Phylon (IP) area.
• Extensive knowledge of shoe making process as well as materials, production process, QC, technical experts, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple production target deadlines
• Multi approach of problem solving, decision making and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal character and leadership skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships both internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English language as a daily conversation.
• Self-starter who takes a proactive approach.
