What you'll be doing

• Conducting games and ice-breaking activities in training sessions
• Providing support to participants during training activities and ensuring their understanding of the material
• Helping to create and maintain training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and exercises
• Gathering feedback from participants and collaborating with the training team to continuously improve the programs
• Providing administrative support, such as managing training schedules and logistics

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university
• Maximum age: 24 years old
• Open for fresh graduates
• Understand English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with diverse audiences
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• A passion for learning and a desire to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• A strong passion for human capital development and making a difference in Indonesia
