Responsibilities

• Assess potential business risks for audited departments and ensure the effectiveness of audit assignments.
• Develop summaries of audit findings and communicate with unit heads.
• Report irregularities and lead investigations, collecting evidence.
• Develop the final Internal Audit Report with recommendations.
• Monitor and follow up on Internal Audit recommendations.

Job description

Assess potential business risks for the audited departments or business units, and ensure the effectiveness of audit assignments.

Develop audit finding summaries, communicate and discuss them, and provide supporting evidence to the Head of the respective unit in order to determine necessary actions.

Report any irregularities or potential fraud to superiors, and lead in-depth investigations as assigned, including collecting supporting evidence.

Develop the final Internal Audit Report, including recommendations.

Monitor and follow up on Internal Audit recommendations in a timely manner, based on the agreed timeline in the final report.

Perform other work-related duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a top university in Indonesia, preferably in Accounting.

Possesses a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field, preferably in an agricultural company or a top-ranked public accounting firm.

High integrity and strong commitment are highly valued.

Good command of English.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Willing to travel.
