About the role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Producer to join our talented production team at Production House. As an Assistant Producer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of high-quality content across a range of media platforms. This is a contract position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Producer in all aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production
• Coordinating with the production crew, talent, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Helping to manage production schedules, budgets, and resources
• Providing administrative support, including document preparation, record-keeping, and communication with clients
• Contributing creative ideas and solutions to enhance the quality and impact of the final product
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the production process

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Producer or similar role in the advertising, arts, or media industry
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
• Familiarity with production equipment, software, and post-production workflows
• Creativity and problem-solving skills to help identify and implement innovative solutions
