Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or team leader experience, ideally in a fast-paced or quick service restaurant (QSR) environment.
- Experience in handling customer complaints and service recovery.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
Responsibilities
Support Daily Operations
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Ensure food preparation, cleanliness, and customer service standards are consistently met.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift handovers.
Customer Service & Satisfaction
- Ensure excellent customer service by resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
- Support the implementation of customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Handle escalated customer issues in the absence of the Store Manager.
Compliance & Safety
- Ensure staff compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Conduct routine checks to maintain store cleanliness and equipment functionality.
